hello all need some quick tunning advice bought some newe ash arrows 60-65 lbs cut to 30" bop with 160 gr. points and my arrows kick right after release i'm left handed am i spinned to weak or stiff a little help please. thanks

no not fast flight

If they kick right and then straighten out and fly good I would suggest checking the brace height to see if it moved. It may need to be increased. If the brace height is good look to see if you are getting any fletching contact issues.

still need some help. today i stood about 5 yards and the nock was to the right i'm shooting left handed. i'm thinking it's weak am i an the right track some help please thanks.

the bow is a howard hill and is 53# at 28" drawing it around 29"

Given your draw length and broadhead weight, and the fact that you're shooting a hardwood, which doesn't recover as fast as cedar or spruce, your arrow spine is marginal and may be too low.  It's also possible that your brace height is too low.  If you're not already at 6 3/4, try that.  Can also try shooting cock feather in.  Of course, a plucked release can also make the arrows act that way.  For what it's worth.  Good luck.

Have any lighter tips to try, maybe 125 gr.?  Another option may be replace strike with thicker material to move arrow out.

OK, I'm a lefty too and just got done doing bareshafting.
Consistent nock right is a weak spine. I say consistent because of what Orion mentioned above. That is, if you pluck the release, you'll get inconsistent results(which I do on occasion).
I learned quite a bit in this process. Mainly that in order to get good arrow flight for the arrows I was working on, I had to cut them much shorter than I would have guessed otherwise.

If you're bare-shafting, use several arrows and look for the average. Using only one arrow can mislead you if that arrow isn't perfect.
