Put some wood shafts through the bow (they spine great) but seem to hit high every shot. In the middle but High,... Should I move nock up or down? Thanks

I would start by moving it up to start and if that does not solve it or make it worse then try lowering it.  Raising it should fix it though.

If your arrow flight is good, leave it alone and aim lower. If the nock point is off the arrow tail will flip up and down. If its too high it will start out tail high, if its too low it will start out tail low.

Do a search on paper tuning your bow. You'll find a bunch of good info.

Hit high compared to what, another set of heavier arrows perhaps?

nocking point off will show in arrow flying like a dolphin up and down with a hit leaving the nock up or down. If you started with a T square it should be 1/8- 1/2" higher than dead on zero perpendicular. So just adjust it from zero on up till the flight is straight from start to finish.

Your not trying to hit a spot when tuning the bow, just shoot it and watch the arrow flight, if its jumping up and down then its nock point. You do not need to paper tune and arrow to set the nock set. Take a square and adjust it to 90 degrees to the shelf, mark the serving at that point, then place another mark 1/8 to 3/16" above that mark. This where the BOTTOM of your nock should be, so the nock set will be much higher than this. Place nock point so the bottom of arrow will rest at that second mark and try it.

Steve... Try this. Stand 6 feet from a backstop... it should not have a grain like a layered target or hay bales. A sand pile, 3D target or clean dirt bank will do.

Shoot into it using your best form with a bare shaft. If the arrow sticks with nock low, raise your nocking point. If it sticks nock high, lower nocking point.

The same method can be used for rough tuning of arrow spine. Nock left, too stiff. Nock right, too weak.
