I picked this bow up at an antique store and refinished it, keeping as much of the original writing and decal as possible.

I have no idea as to who made the bow. It is solid and a good shooter. Any help is appreciated.

Beautiful bow.  Similar to bows I have seen that were made by Ben Pearson in the mid 20th century.  He would have put his distinctive logo on the bow, but of course that could have been removed.

Try a Google search on the Impala decal.  :biglaugh:

I just did. It is a Shakespeare Impala mod #X-22, made during the 1960 and early '70s. The "X" means 45#.
