Whats the consensus for the best jig, glue, etc. ?

Bowsey Wails

Bitzenburger jig with the AAE indexer upgrade; one indexer does straight, LW and RW. I like fletch tape and flex bond glue.

Thanks. Always heard good things about the bitzenburger.

Have owned my Bitzenberger for 45 years and fletched countless dozens. As for adhesive, I've never ventured from Flethtite as it has never failed for me though I do wish its shelf life was longer

I've used a JoJan Multifletch straight, offset fletching jig for many years. The glue depends on your arrow shaft material. I've used Duco, Fletch-tite and fletch tape on wood shafting, hardwood shoot shafts and hill cane shafts.

I have acquired over the years 3 Blitzes and 2 JoJans. I even tried one of those Arizona Easy Fletch. The Blitz is the most adjustable of them. If I am in a hurry I reach for the JoJan cause it does 6 at a time. Usually I just grab a Blitz . Glues: I have been using Fletch Tite on arrows that I apply wraps on. I also use super glues I like the Gorilla SG in blue cap bottle. I have also used AAE, Blue glue, and cheapo stuff from Wally World. They all work but no matter who's or what glue I use I make sure the shafts are super clean. Tape, I use it for indoor arrows only, had issues in our summer heat. I found I have to use tape when I refletched some of those Easton Trad arrows with the white cap. Don't know what they used or the white finish but fletch Tite didn't hold.
