Are they still going? I know it's under new ownership but, I ordered a half dozen Gold Tip arrows from them over a week ago and they still haven't shipped. Tried to call several times but no answer. I've done business with them several times over the years without a problem. Not knocking them, just asking? I thought they use to be a sponsor here? Any info would be great!

Did you ever get this resolved by chance? They've got some great deals going but I don't want to get scammed and I'm seeing they've had issues lately.

Took over a month, but I finally got my shafts. I personally won't be ordering anything from them again. It's sad because the last owners were excellent!

If those were shipped by USPS that wouldn't surprise me!

I called FS several times with 0 response. No answer, left messages and so forth, nothing!
I ordered a half dozen from RMSGear and usps lost em. So I called them, they were super helpful and sent me another half dozen which I received in about a week. The first half dozen showed up a few weeks later so I called RMSGear again and told them about what had happened and said I'd just buy those also. They gave them to me for half price for being honest. That's the kind of small business I like dealing with!

I just ordered from them on Sept. 30 2025 but the phone number on website is not working and they have not returned any of my emails. Appears at this point to be a scam.

They wouldn't return my phone calls months ago before this thread started which was in April.

They used to be my go-to for feathers and most other arrow making supplies.

They have been reported on for a while here, they are a scam, never got the products I ordered, no replies to my emails or phone calls

A local guy here who im pretty sure isnt on any forums said that he ordered a couple hundred dollars in shafts said he never got items and nobody would return call ... he said he called the police where the footed shaft is located and they never called back either.

I really hate to hear this I got meet Terry in Lolo MT when he was selling the business to the new owners they seemed like good folks. did a lot of business with Terry over the years
