This year represents a significant change for me. Though I've almost always shot a Black Widow (PSAX) forever, my weight is dropping from 52 pounds to 47 pounds. I'm likely to shoot 2018's this year; but I'm still playing a bit on the arrow selection.

The 47 pound bow with the 2018's worked well for me in bear season this year.

I will use the same bow as last year, my trusty Centaur triple carbon takedown. But, I may take my Bear TD for a few outings. They both shoot the same arrows. My broadheads will be Wensel Woodsman or 125 gr Snuffers.

I was hoping to use a new Asbell Tribute bow, but no luck with that yet. So, I'll be using my Black Widow PA-X. 62" 47# @ 31" with A/O 2018's and Magnus II's. Good luck to everyone !

Trenton G.

I will be using my Great Northern Ghost once again. It's pretty much become my go-to bow at this point. 59-60 pounds at my draw, 62 inches. Shooting GT trads with a 200 grain 3 blade VPA for TAW of around 525 grains.

I'll be bringing my Blacktail Elite as my backup out west in a few weeks, also shooting 60 pounds at my draw, 66 inches, but shooting 575 grains with a 200 grain 3 blade VPA.

Might break out out the Aberdeen, Abbott, and maybe a Bear at some point throughout the year as well.
