Is anyone making Stos heads these days?

Don't believe so.  A Zwickey No Mercy is similar, though not as heavy.

Grizzly double bevel is also pretty close, minus the tip profile that is not pointed the same as the STOS or No Mercy.   STOS was a fantastic 2 blade head.  Always mounted up true with little to no effort,  took an edge easily,  very accurate and quiet, tough and priced reasonably.

Yep, I really liked those STOS broadheads. The coating on them made them Slicker Than Owl Sh*t, hence the name if I'm not mistaken.    :biglaugh:

Here is a grizzly and STOS and no mercy side by side. I have a few STOS left and kinda been hoarding them. Wish they were still made as well.
66" Northern Mist Superior
68" Howard Hill cheetah

I've only got 1 160gr STOS head that was given to me.
I love the design.
As shown, the Zwickey no mercy is close to the same profile but I prefer how the ferrule on the STOS extends closer to the tip.
Thick fog slowly lifts
Jagged peaks and hairy beast
Food for soul and body.
