A&H acscx 65@30 drawn to 30" Any help on where to start? It should be here next week. Thanks David

A&H bows are cut past center I believe and with your draw I would suggest Beman MFX 340 or 300's and tune from there.

Bjorn

You will need a lot of spine regardless of material-you going to shoot wood, alu or carbon?
I shoot a 50# ACS with wood, and need 70-75# with a 160 BH.
With you draw you would need a 95-100# woodie-so carbon may be your best choice.

Would like to shoot carbon, but how to get the weight up? I've been told front loading  prolly won't work with this bow  my poundage and length requirements. Just looking for some input  on a starting place.

Arrow Dynamic Traditional Heavies or Carbon Express 350, possibly a 250 if tip weight below 150 grians...

Dave, I'd go straight to the AD Trad Heavies;  get them with the 100gr brass inserts and aluminum nock adapters....you should be able to front-load these things just about as much as you want...

I've been shooting the Trad Lites through my ACS
(58 at 27) and have been able to go clear up to 350gr point weight with no problems

new carbon express 7590 with 100gr brass insert and 250gr BH...perfect flight on my 67"@29 one

I shoot 52# @ 30" and am trying out some 75#-80# woods. As of now i shoot a CX maxima 250 full lenght with 50 grain brass insert and 175 grain field point.

You will need somethng stiff for that dude. carbons you will need something in the .300 deflection range.

Bjorn proabley nailed it on the head with a 95-100 wood

Ordered a half dz. trad heavies from Raptor with some 100 grain inserts, we'll see if they work .

I agree with Jeff the 350 at 31"s with 275 or around there will work for ya maybe a bit less maybe a bit more. That will get ya over 625 grains depending on the exact point weight. Shawn
