I have to caveat my response by saying that I have not yet taken a deer with trad gear....BUT, the end of my arrows are currently tipped with 175 gr Woodsman Elites.  If they cut open a deer anything like they cut open my foot a few weeks ago, I should be in good shape!

Well, now I'm shooting VPAs... 175 grain, 250 grain 1 1/4", and Big Jim's Big-3... Depending on the bow and arrow setup...  

Very easy to sharpen, super tough, and I've liked 3-blades forever...

Wensel Woodman.  I've been using the 125 grain original.   Three rivers was out, so I ordered the 150 gr elite woodsman and they are pretty sweet.
