I took my daughter to her first shoot on Sat. We got alot of "grins" because she was shooting traditional, we taged along with some other people and we explained that we prefer traditional. There response to that was "not us, we like to kill deer". All the other kids had compounds. The coarse was a 15 target coarse, that was set up just for the kids, no adults can shoot. We got back in and she had a snack, and we waited around for the prizes at the end to see if she had won anything, ( dad already won just being out there with her)... and what do you know she took 4th place out of around 25 kids (  girls class). I couldnt be more proud of her. Shes 11, and the " apple of my eye".
