So to get the pref. points they are talking about I have to buy a $103 hunting lic. every year???

nada for me too...but there is someone else on the list with the last name mancini...maye I have a long lost cousin who wants to take me moose hunting

Nope.  You don't need a license to enter the lottery. You need a license to take a moose, once you have been offered a permit through the lottery.

Hey...when is the Vermont drawing....I can't remeber if I applied there last year.

Do they have it set up for us to put in for the 2009 drawin yet ??? Or when do they start  doin it??? Can't find any of that info there???
