Been shooting self made woodies but might try aluminum.
I am presently shooting a 50# recurve, 28" arrows with 150 gr up front.
Easton's online arrow selector recommends a 2020 in xx75.
Does that sound about right?
Also, that would make a total arrow weight of around  550 +/- a few gr.
How does that sound?

One more thing.  How would the same arrow do for a center cut self bow in the 55# range?

I would say 2016 and or 2018's would be a better fit.2020's sound alittle stiff and heavy.I shoot 2020's with 145 gr. point at 29" out of a 65# longbow and they weigh 600 grs.A 2018 with a 145 gr. point will get you around 545 to 550 grs.

I have a longbow 50@ my draw, I shoot 2016's 31" with 145grs up top their total weigh is 515grs
