Hey yall! just had a friend gift me there fathers Bear Black Bear recurve. 45 at 28 and 60 inches long. Any ideas on string material and arrows to choose?

Use a DACRON string!!! :thumbsup:

Wood arrows? Wood is Good!!! :archer: What's your draw length??
I only shoot WOOD arrows... My kid makes them, fast as I can break them!

There is a fine line between Hunting, & Sitting there looking Stupid...

On current bow I draw right around 27 inches

A wood shaft spined 40-45# cut 28" BOP, with a 125gr field point, should get you started... :archer:
I only shoot WOOD arrows... My kid makes them, fast as I can break them!

I can afford to shoot most any bow I like.  And I like Primal Tech bows.
