My taxidermist finally got my javelina mount done.  It took him over a year, but good things are worth waiting for.  He felt bad that it took so long, so he bumped my deer that I shot at the end of December to the front of the "line."  I got two animals in one trip.  My office wall is starting to get a bit crowded...  I can't wait to see the look on my wife's face when she gets home from work tonight!

Tip though: take a butter knife and run around the deer between the mount and the wall and it will tuck that hair down making a sharper edge.

Man, you sure are lucky if you can get away with that Javelina!  My wife is pretty easy going, but when I announced I was having my 250lb. hog done she read me the riot act.     BTW: beautiful mounts...your taxi did a great job.

I thought he used a bow.   :(
