Jeff,
Fuhr is the the white water based sealer that 3R sells.  Typically you don't have to thin it at all.  I've been using it about 3 years and have only had to thin it a couple of times.  Stuff is nice.  No odor, dries really hard and covers in two coats most of the time.  On rare occassions I have to put on a third coat, but it does not build up like the white gasket lacquer.   I also use the clear Fuhr with paint pigments to make other color caps too.  Good stuff! dino
