Check local decking suppliers or do an internet search. Good Luck.  I shot an IPE bow a friend of mine made last Saturday. It is impressive wood.

I finally found some locally at cedar wood outlet.  You might check with wood suppliers that specialize in decking materials as it is commonly used for exterior decks.
The broadhead used, regardless of how sharp, is nowhere as important as being able to place it in the correct spot.
