I have had several.   I have a Sunset hill that is amazing. I really like my new Osage selfbow made by me from standing tree to finished bow.  It adds a little more satisfaction with something you put so much sweat equity into.

My dream continues with Big River, I have both recurve and longbow.  My recurve is a John McDonald design loosely based on a '59 Bear it was my first semi-custom, the first five arrows were in a 6 inch group at 18 yards and truly amazed me.  My LB is the fastest bow that I have shot even with 675-700 grain arrows.  I can't imagine anything better.  If you ever find a Big River for sale, do yourself a favor.

Way back in the late 1960s I really wanted a Howard Hill Big Five.
Wasn't able to afford it for several years.
I never did get one and now that I could afford to get one, now I figure, what's the point. :dunno:

I'd like to see South build a 1pc Recurve off either the Coyote or Wolverine risers.

Barring that, I'm saving for him to build a Schleyer Coyote FXT like he used to offer

With out a doubt my dream bow would be a 55# to 60# 2007 to 2010 Bear Kodiak Takedown Supreme. I could still kick myself for not buying one when they first came out.

with either kudu or impala horn overlays, to remind me of home!
Randy builds phenomenal bows!

I would love to have a quality Osage self bow with a snaky limb or limbs with snake skins. Something in the 45 to 50lb range @ 28". Maybe one day. Trouble is nobody, that I know, makes them in my neck of the woods.
One stick, one string and an arrow I'll fling!

I think any model from Javaman Archery, I own a Falcon, but I would like a model of all of his bows. Mr. Coffee does great work and is a heck of a nice guy.

Just starting the process of a dream bow. My daughter is building a bow for her school Ag project for next fall. Dyed and stabilized Blue Buckeye Burl flare with buckeye Burl scales, buckeye veneers with blue dye and accents, pronghorn overlays.
All her ideas , My heart is full!!

That's awesome Randy! I saw some pictures of a recurve you made for Bisch and really liked the look of it. Too many bows, and not enough time! It takes me months to get comfortable with any new bow, so the tryout process is always real slow for me.

I'd like to have one of David Miller's no-glass "Split Bamboo" longbows. I'm on his list for a regular glass bow, but can't cough up the extra cash for an all natural and live with the thought that it may explode before I'm done with it.
