I built this one for me!  :)   It's 63 NTN and draws 48@27.  This one is a reflex deflex bamboo backed ipe.  The tips are less than one inch behind the handle.  She is a really good shooter!  I sure love working with this ipe.

It will be a whole lot prettier with some Ga pig blood on it!

Looks great! You seem to have found a winner in that ipe.

It doesn't matter how or what you shoot, as long as you hit your target.

Very nice job!  I am waiting on the build along when you get the unfinished Howard Hill.

Steve Kendrot

Very nice looking. Are you using facets to tiller? Power or hand tools?

Apex Predator

Steve, if you tell me about using facets, I'll tell you if that's what I do.  :)   I got lucky on this one.  Maybe I'm getting better judging how much wood to remove with my belt sander.  I taper the components and glue it up.  This one needed only a few scrapes on one limb.  It was only drawing 42# though.  Luckily I had some extra length.  I cut one inch off of each limb and hit my target weight of 49#.  It finished up at 48@27.
