For years I shot 56#@26" but a couple of years ago I went to 46#-48#@26".
I had Mike reduce my Treadway bow from 56# to 47#@26" and it still shoots the same arrows and seems almost the same speed.
Make the most of all that comes and the least of all that goes!

28.75" draw, right and left handed, 54-70 inch bows, 40 to 60 @28  draw.

Sarrells Archery and Black River Traditional Bows both make outstanding, smooth, fast and quiet 60" hybrids, and both Bob and Will are great to deal with. They both made takedown hybrid bows for the St. Jude's 'Hope' and 'Faith' pass-along fundraiser , Bob in 2014 and Will in 2015, and those archived threads are in the highlights board with lots of photos and comments.
