Has anybody DIY camo`d their bow using aerosol spray paints? If so care to share how? and what to use? has the finish cracked through bending of the limbs at draw? I`ve used realtree camo tapes b4 on rifles. Would like to try something diferent on a bow.

My favorite shooting bow came off that auction site, was quite ugly and had a shine to it.  I used the Krylon Camo brown.  Holding up real well and is flat not shiney.  Didn't want to bother trying to do designs and show my lack of artistic painting.        Goes good with the quiver color.

Here's a little home made job I did on one of my board bows. Used three camo colors of rattle can stuff. Painted it all green. use stensils of whatever leaves / grass were in the yard and oversprayed with the tan then put a few lines across with brown etc to fill in. It's a first attempt but it has some promise I think.
