Thank you everyone for the birthday wishes they are much appreciated.

I just got home from spending my birthday weekend with my kids at the farm. I could read the thread on my phone but I couldn't get logged in. If I had had one of my grandkids there they probably could have fixed me up.
Guys my age come from a time when not everyone had a phone in their house.... not to mention indoor pluming.  Now we have cell phones, facebook and a bunch of other ways of communication that are beyond the understanding of most of my generation,  but I'll get by.

I turned 83 on March 22nd so the sand is getting low in my hourglass... having said that I'm thankful I can still draw a bow, put one foot ahead of the other and get into the woods and hunt

Here's to ya, Happy Birthday Ron,

"Would you happen to know what month of the year it is?"

"No, I... I truly wouldn't. I'm sorry pilgrim."

"March. Maybe April."

"March maybe. I don't believe April. Winter's a long time going, huh?"

"Ha... yuh."

"Stays long this high. March is a green, muddy month down below. Some folks like it. Farmers mostly. You've done well to keep so much hair when so many's after it. I hope you will fare well."
