It started out as a Boo backed Hickory R/D but in my rush thinned the hickory at the reflex too thin.  I then had the privilage to create my first osage slats (3/16" thick) from a billet I cut and dried this winter.  Glued the osage on the belly but didn't add any defex; figured it would be there after tillering.  At this point the bow is 1 3/16"+ wide at the fades up most of the limb before tapering down to 1/2" tips.  The osage is thinned down to 3/32" thick from just past fades to the reflex.  Thickness of the hickory under the osage is approximately 5/16" thick in this area.  The Bamboo is at 1/8" on the back.  The hope was to get the mid limb flexing well before knawing away on the curve area.  Even with all meat sanded away from the belly it is still very stiff.  
Any recommendations?

I think you will loose most of the osage in tillering.  The Hickory or middle lam is way to thick.  Should be about 1/8".

Looks like I will have to blend the osage into the hickory to make this one spit arrows.  
Maybe trapping the boo?
Any other suggestions will be appreciated.

What is the length now??
If long enough, I would narrow that puppy down to 1 1/16"  with 3/8" tips and trap the boo slightly.  After that, I would reassess how it is bending.
