Congrats Dave.  I think it was a ground hog chili that won the chili contest at Compton last year! My first critter was an O'possum (didn't taste that great!), Good luck on the turkeys!  Nice lookin' bow by the way.  Scott

Hmmm I never thought of that...chili that is. I had heard the young ones taste good, but older ones make good stew. I might have to give one of these a try.
