Was browsing Mark's website and saw that he has a couple for sale, but there wasn't any info that I could find on them. Haven't had time to give him a call yet to ask him if these are prototypes or bows in full production yet. Anybody know?? Great idea on an already great little bow!

Talked to him last week. they are in production.
Just picked up another one piece brushbow from him, it's a shooter for sure!

David, Thanks for the heads up. I agree, I have the one piece Brushbow as well and they are great shooters. But then again, I have just about one of each of Mark's bows, and they are all GREAT shootin sumguns!

LOL, Wonderin if Mark came up with the 3 piece BB just take some more of my money!!    There are two bow makers that I am absolutely sold on for craftsmanship and pure shootability....Horne's Archery and RER bows. Two of the finest anywhere IMHO.

Great idea! I was wondering when Mark would start making a 3 piece Brushbow. They look great too!

Can someone tell me a little about the shooting characteristics of the brushbow vs. the traditionalist or combo longbow?
Have a 2 piece longbow + a 3 piece with the brusbow grip, but have never shot the brushbow. Both are 64". Could I use a shorter Brushbow?

Thanks

I got a chance to shoot the prototype when I was in Dallas in March. Mark told me that I was the second person shoot it. It was awesome!!! I will probably be ordering one in the future. I already own a one piece brushbow, and really love it!!! But if I had to choose between the 2, I would go with the takedown version. The takedown seems to have the perfect amount of mass weight. It just feels great in the hand, and shoots great too. But all of Mark's bows shoot great!!!    If I had enough money I would own 1 of each.  :biglaugh:

I e-mailed them about one on their web site but never got a reply??

Scott,
Just give them a call at the shop. Mark and Sandy will be more than happy to help you out. They are some of the best people I have ever met. I know Sandy gets swamped with e-mails. There # is (940)433-3044.

Yeah thats probably what I should have done Jwiiliam. Did not mean to sound like I was trashing them.           KY

Scott,
I didn't think that at all. I still would give them a call. Mark and Sandy will be more than happy to answer any questions that you may have.
