27 so it is about 49pounds

Apex Predator

How short have you cut your arrows?  That may be the problem.  Is your Lee a recurve or longbow?
I didn't claw my way to the top of the food chain to eat vegetables!

Deadbolt

you can get away with a 2016 w/ 125g tip or 50/55 cedars w/ 160g tip both cut to 28 1/2 knock to insert/rear of point.

Thats what I shoot out of my widow drawing 47#s and my brother shoots 3555 29 3/4 145g tip out of his bob lee hunter drawing 45/46lbs.

I wouldn't think the 3555's would be stiff out of that setup.  I can shoot 3555's out of my 46# Bob Lee with the standard insert and 145gr tip. (29.5" arrow)

Are you using a dacron or fast-flite type string?
