Well here in N J we had our annual Trad Shoot that gets hosted by a local bow club and it is a great time to be had.

Its not just shooting its camping with the guys telling stories and just having a blast!  Here are a few pics...sorry no action shots no room for camera w/ the new quiver LOL.

Cool! It's nice to share a campfire with those who share the same passion for traditional archery. Looks like a great time.

It doesn't matter how or what you shoot, as long as you hit your target.

I love it!  I wish we had done it earlier in the weekend though...we did it last thing sunday and I was already shot out LOL.  But I love shooting UFOs...I am gonna buy some and do them myself to practice for goose and pheasant.

Kool, I think I'm going to try and find some land to do a Tradgang pheasant hunt.

Well my pup is away at doggy boot comp he should be back in 2 months then i start working him in the fields for birds getting him use to it again.

I'll bring my pup along as we can get a nice group together.  I only have a flusher though (yellow lab) so if anyone has a pointer we could pull off and flush ourselves that would be better IMO...safer for the dogs.

But you know I"m down!  We will have to maybe go to a preserve centralized for everyone.
