Best bet is to buy a chopper,full length feathers or burner and make your own.

As suggested, I would consider a feather trimmer. I have a Young's trimmer I purchased decades ago. Your cuts are only limited by your imagination!!
I have several turkey hunting friends who save the wings for me, on occasion I have my own. Anyway, I always have feathers on hand to work with.

hmm so nobody has any?    I can chop them,, might look into the feather burner but I heard you really have to protect the wires one bump and they go out of shape plus they stink so you have to burn them out side?

If you want to sleep indoors, burn outdoors.

Yes, the wires are a bit fragile, but I've been using the same set up for about three years without making adjustments.
