As many of  you know, we conduct a wide variety of hunts in Georgia for hogs deer, bear and alligator etc. Unfortunately we keep our camp size so small that we are forced to turn away a number of Trad Gang members each year. I don't like this to happen but unfortunately it does. This is a great lease opportunity for somebody..... I've been there... my first time on the property I got it someone sight unseen on the property to his first hog kill in Georgia for the St Jude's auction... I can attest that the property has Hogs no doubt about it and of course deer....and there's some great scenery and there's nice trailer there for shelter it's a great setup.

The Price is Right to if I had the chance I jump on it myself but I'm too busy at the moment so someone should really take advantage of this great opportunity in Georgia

Terry as I understand it, Mark is open to yearly lease and short term hunts so there are options to hunt this for just about anyone. 

Yes sir it is a great piece of property and loaded with hogs, we run feeders year round and supplement feed at several stands sights that keep the hogs coming in and moving around as well.  Stand and still hunting options are available and you will get into hogs, no doubt.  We also have a lot of small game available, some turkeys and waterfowl during season.  Deer are loaded and nobody really deer hunts it much so no pressure on the deer and get several trophy quality bucks on camera every year.  GA offers a 1 day only bear season in this area that covers 3 counties typically in the winter/late fall so that is an option also and we have plenty of bears I would love to see taken.   
Lodging is provided with a 26ft. camper that can sleep up to 4, 2 full size beds and 2 bunk beds and has generator power, running water and hot showers.  Primitive camp sites are available as well to those that wish for the camping experience.  Just have to bring you sleeping items, food and personal hunting equipment and your ready to go.  Basically the property is yours for the duration of your hunt.  Some world class redbreast and flat head cat fishing is literally right off the edge of the property on the Ocmulgee River.  Assistance can be provided as needed.
I can offer year round lease memberships or 2-4 day self-guided hunt opportunities as well. Just contact me and we can work something out.  Maps, detailed instructions and directions will be provided.  Close to Macon and 1 1/2 hours or so from Atlanta airport for those wishing to fly in and rent a car.

I met Mark purely by blind dumb luck on a Kentucky elk hunt.  He's a great guy and honest, I'm sure this will be a great hunt.  I've sent my PM!

Have been getting quite a few PM's on this hunt opportunity and many are expressing an interest in the yearly lease option, if I do fill the 8 spots available, I will not be able to offer the paid hunt option, so if your interested in getting into this will need to act fast as spots are filling quickly.  As stated I am not doing this to make money just cover expenses for the property so once that is handled, I will not add anymore hunts.    Thanks
