Not wanting to pirate the previous Zwickey post I want to address the eskimo's durability. The good Dr. Fred in his wonderful papers did mention the questionable strength of the Eskimo's tips. I only offer my personal findings here so this product gets a rebuttal.
If I get my pics attached you'll see results I've gotten from them.  They have worked flawlessly harvesting deer( as long as I did my job). They have missed and buried in Northern PA. "Dirt", which is approximately 10 percent loam and 90 percent rocks/stones. They readily sharpen and continue doing delicate surgery. I would use the one pictured but it's too cool this way.

I failed to mention this head went thru the opposing scapula, lungs,ribs and lodged in the right femur/condial, an admittedly hard section of bone. The deer expired 8 ft from the hit.

Like the Zwickeys all of them!

Seems like they are plenty tough. There aren't a lot of choices for 1 1//8"- 1 1/4" 125 gr glue ons anymore. The trend is heavier screw ins.

I never listened to Dr. Fred much anyway.

I have used Zwickeys ever since a fellow bow hunter shot one through a 55 gal. metal drum with no damage.  He also tried another very popular broadhead that curled up like a elf's shoe.  That was back in the late 70s, I think.  A couple of years ago I completed my "Zwickey Grand Slam" on deer.   My 8 pointer that I took this year fell to a Zwickey Eskimo 2 blade on a cedar shaft.  I spent more time looking for the broadhead than I did the deer.  No matter what broadhead I might try, it seems that I always come back to Zwickeys.    

Decades of using them and easy to get razor sharp and a few dead critters have me using them until i can't hunt anymore-hopefully a long time away.

My findings also.I have put Zwickey Eskimos thru numerous scapulas with absolutely no damage what so ever,sharpened and used again,What more could you ask of a broadhead.This buck was shot thru the shoulder he went about 30 yards and was done in seconds.[attachment=1]

Personally, I think the good Doc's reports are well done, informative and valuable. He hunted on a different continent for different game. I just hoped to give this great broadhead some props when this thread started.
Due to the Doc's research, which I've only recently read, I will be using Zwickey's No-Mercy single bevels this year.

4 of us went  to Zimbabwe in 2001, the PH had an elephant shoulder blade in camp and we all had to shoot it before we left. The first a Rocky Mtn titaniam mushed up, the second a Bear razorhead rolled up, the third a 145 Ribtec curled up, the fourth a Zwikey Delta stuck in the blade not folding or curling . Enough said!

They are my favorite head. 

When I want more heft up front I use a heavy insert.  Usually 125 gr. steel.  Most of my arrows are set up with 350 gr. up front.  I have used them without the weight in lighter bows for turkey.

I've done a lot of groundhog hunting and Zwickey was/is my choice in broadheads for this.  As mentioned above tough and easy to sharpen in the field.  Rocks, roots, osage and locust fence posts make up the testing grounds.

I shot that Ram through the scapula and exit at the base of the neck with a zwickey delta. Arrow is 600 gr out of 57# at my draw Big Foot recurve. I heard the big bone breakage noise 20 yards away !

The Zwickey eskimo has always been good to me.  My favorite broadhead!

Lot of great stuff said about Zwickey here and I will toss my 2 cents in I think its the best Broadheads for the Money hands down. I can buy a 1/2 dz for under $35.
