Froggy,

I just bought a used one off of this site and it should be here soon.  I have never shot one, but always like to try something new once in a while

I haven's heard anything bad about these bows and I can't wait to shoot it.  Be sure to post pictures when you can!

A nice shooting bow and very well made.  My only complaint was that it was a little louder than I would have expected.

and mine is so quiet you don't hear anything but a thump.  That being said, carbon arrows are noticeably louder & are more sensitive to brace height adjustments.  Aluminums & woodies are just a thump.

To all that posted. got the Tundra Wolf 58" 60#@28 Bacote riser, Red Elm limbs today. strung it up, brace was dead on 7". went out and shot a few, gotta say, she's quiet as a mouse, and awful quick with no handshock. what more could you ask. my first impression is very positive. easy on the eyes also. craftsmanship top notch.     thanks to all that posted...  Froggy

Caribows are one of the best longbows out there.  I have owned 3 Featherhorns (still have my first one) and have never shot a nicer longbow.  I did shoot a Tundra Wolf once and thought it shot great too but it was a little louder than my Featherhorns, but it wasn't set up for me either so this could have contributed.  Abe Penner makes a really nice bow in both shootability and performance - you're really going to enjoy that one.
