Well when I landed home the other day it was a quick G'day to the family then onto my collection of waiting mail.

Magazines, bills and other items were pushed aside as there was a long box from the fine crew at Black widow.

Here was what was inside...

My new Black Widow PLX KingWood T/D, 66# @ 30", 64" bow and one smooth looking lady.

I really like the nocks;

I also had the older LAG grip put onto this bow as it suited me more;

And the last one;

The attention to detail was as expected, 10 out of 10. And the smoothness of draw had me wondering if it was ten pounds lighter. I was wondering why I had not ordered a new Longbow sooner.

Kind regards,

al

That's got to be one of the best looking PLX I've ever seen!

Al, if you get a chance, can you take a couple of side pictures of the LAG grip and post them?

I wonder if BW could build the new style lock it-sock it T/D with the LAG grip??

Congrats!!

Mike

This bow says it is a take-down. I was also curious what takedown system did they use? The older talon system (which has been good on my BW's) or the newer locket-socket version.

Al Kidner

Hi all,

Raw hide, this bow is the new T/D system withe the LAG Grip. I'll try and get some side pics, I'm away for the weekend visiting friends. When I return I'll post again.

As for hunting, well I've four weeks off so there is a few trips planned there. Talk to Don, Denny there is something in the wind for you two over here in August.

Nice lookin bow. I should have my PSAV in a couple weeks.

Al Kidner

Hi all again,

Here are some pics of the LAG grip on my new bow. The Takedown system is the new "Locket-socket" and I'm sold on it. Very strong and so simple to use.

And another angle;

Now to start the arrow tunen!
