What is it you can't kill with that 49# beauty?
I think it will be fine for anything you will find in this hemisphere.

Lot of black in the wood to be bubinga.

Went out and shot again for a while. First four arrows at 15 all in the bull, all touching each other. Really like this one.

I mentioned before that I thought it might be bubinga.  Here is a pic of bubinga from Bob's website...Mike

It could very well be, but I do have a solid Bubinga risered bow here also and the wood on this one is much darker in comparison.

The arrows you are using. Are they AD Heavies or Lites?

dave, definately bubinga.... only other wood that it might be is santos rosewood or maybe indonesian rosewood..... but i'd put money on it being bubinga. bubinga can vary quite a bit in color and can vary tons in figure.

Checkout the Honduras Rosewood riser on Bob's site. It looks very similar as well.

Whatever wood it is it is beautiful!

Dave, I will say my Shawnee with Dakota foam carbon limbs is much faster than my Cheyenne. Feels very natural in the hand as well. Very quite and as you said with a little work it is easy to make Bob's bows whisper quiet. It did take me a day or so to get adjusted with it being faster than the Cheyenne.

I am going to have to be on the look out for these Cheyenne LB limbs now! Can not wait to see what they can do!
