Which is your favorite magnus stinger and why. Also, what type of setup do you have when hunting with them?
Genesis 27:3 Now therefore take, I pray thee, thy weapons, thy quiver and thy bow, and go out to the field, and take me some venison.

Check the Braveheart topic above and it looks like the 150 Stinger 4 blade is real popular. Ken

I don't want to hijack the thread but I have a question that may go along with it. I have and realy like the 125gr 4 blade stingers but I was thinking about going to 150gr 4 blade. I know that the main blade is the same for the 125gr and 150gr 4 blade stingers so I was wondering where they get the extra 25gr. Steve

The 150 4 blade is a real trad shooter's favorite.  The weight difference is in the ferrule, they are the same main blade and bleeders as the 125.

I also shoot the 150's, my favorite screw in broadhead.

I have had great luck with the 125-2 blades. They fly true and are super sharp. I'm certain that the other ones are fine, but I'm not a big fan of bleeder blades. Peace!

Same as blue moon. Love the 2-blade 125's.Shootng 645 grain carbon at 68 lbs.

I shoot the 150s as well. Thats out of a 54 lb black widow, with a 550 gr arrow weight total

I shoot the 125s with a gold tip arrow. I have taken several elk and my dad took a moose with the same arrow last fall. I like how they preform. I hit and elk high in the spine two years ago. The stinger hit solid bone and still did it job.

Killdeer

Not having stuck a deer with one, all I can comment on are the flight characteristics. Finding myself without the time to make up stone-pointed woodies last year, I used 1916s with 125 grain 4-blade Stingers. They flew great, and grouped with my field points.

I have a little heavier bow now, and want to use 2013s, which fly well with just about any weight head from 125 to 175 grains. The 150s will give me some added weight from the 125s. I will go with two blades in future, though, for better penetration, and also because the four blades were attracted to the stitching in my bag quiver.  :scared:
