Hi Gang.  I really need someone to clear this up for me...

I shoot a Black Widow Longbow. It is cut to center but not past.  With a strike plate on it/ or velcro rest, it seems to measure 1/8 out from center.  Is it or isn't it legal in IBO shoots?
Blessings,
Steve

2)         The riser should be cut no closer than 1/8 inch to the outside of the centerline of the bow, however, if a riser is cut less than 1/8 inch to the outside of the centerline of the bow, a pad may be added so that the arrow rests on a surface no closer than 1/8 inch outside the centerline of bow.

Pastor Steve...   I guess there is a rule... I'd never heard of it, nor paid any attention.    Of course, I don't keep score... ever... at anything, so nobody really cares what i do.    If you really want to enjoy shooting, just shoot, one shot at a time, and try to make each shot a perfect experience to be enjoyed.   Every now and then, it happens and makes everything worthwhile.
