Hello to all! Have you heard... Quebec has finally got a Turkey season!Mind you it is only 5 days but it is a start.Why might you ask am i telling all of you this bit of info.Well i want to be one of the first to extend my gratitude to the following individuals who without their efforts this would not have been possible. So my thanks go to New York,Vermont,New Hampshire,Maine and Ontario for the intensive restoration program that they were involved in.It is because othese states and province that Quebecers will finally get enjoy a springtime tradition.Thank you,Thank you,Thank you.
