I have a bunch of old (1977) Bear aluminum arrows from my early compound days and I am wondering if anyone here knows the equivalent Easton numbering.
The Bear arrows say "Magnum 316" on the shaft, (from what few I can still read). I have shot them out of my Tomahawk Desert Fox Diamond  longbow (55#@28) and my two recurves, a Martin serengeti and a Bear Kodiak mag, both 50#@28. They shoot great, even with the 4" parabolic fletch.
I put them on a digital dial caliper and the inside, outside and wall thickness is the same as the 2018 Easton Legacy shafts I now shoot.
My caliper isn't the most expensive or accurate so does anyone know if they had an Easton equivalent?

I forgot to mention that I bare shafted one of the Bear shafts against a bare shaft 2018 Easton and they fly the same, I know, since they shoot good, don't worry about the numbering, just curious,mainly from a history perspective. Did Easton make Bear arrows?

I believe the .316 on the shaft was the deflection on a spine tester. Dunno who made them, but I have some and found the same interchangeability with 2018's.
