Your Buddy Biggie is a welder, he's just not good on table saws. I still say it wasn't the saw, but I say when eating ribs he was goin too fast and gnawed on his thumb!!!!!!!

It would be way easier and probably cheaper to buy one, as by the time ya buy the materials and pay Biggie in cases of beer, you will have way to much invested!    Shawn
