I'm not sure but perhaps there is one night that the campfire ring by main tent is not used for an event and we could all gather there. Would most likely need to be Thur night as I think it is only night not really used. Not sure what Thur night attendance will be like for Trad Gangers?

Not sure if the Saturday Meet & greet will be the same time as the kids shoot. I don't think so. depends on how many kids sign up & How late each session runs. Thats why we opened it up for 2 hours, hopefully you'll all be able to meet up.
Was thinking friday night just after the  Auction. its usually a fairley early eavening. the big thing will be to have a trad ganger there early enough to get a big camping area next to the club house. I Would do it, but i am busy all week & I Camp in the Compton staff camping area. Jeff
