He should be immediately upgraded to Ishsialmost with a 12 month expedited probation period to be changed to Ishi-is.

Ah Jim....thanks man. I owe my start in knapping to Linc, as he hooked me up with all the necessities. It is something that I hope to be decent at one day.(As in make hunting grade points)Also the one preform was from Brian....he always gets the nice stuff!
