On the broadheads that offer glue on or screw in for the same model (such as Zephyr Sasquatch or Wensel Woodsman)is there a disadvantage to getting them with the adapters already glued in?  In your experience have they been very secure and straight when coming with the adapters in from the factory?  Besides wanting to use different adapters (long, short, brass, etc...) can you think of any other reasons to glue em up yourself?  Thanks...Mike

a few years ago I got some 2-blade heads that weren't glued up straight, I had to heat them up and tune them. I only use wood now for arrows.

Always check them to be sure they are straight.  I bought one brand that had all 6 glued on really crooked. Most of the screw in ones I have bought have been pretty close, but they can often be improved with very little work.  You might also check the weight.  I have found that some brands have big differences from one BH to another and some do not even come close to what the package says they weigh.  Quality control kind of falls down to the shooter.
