My arrows are usaully pretty bright with red and white striped flectchings so i decided to make a turkey arrow or two..Just messing around i found on I really like the looks of it thinking about making more arrows that look that way just wondering what you guys think. I am planning on putting a lumenok or maybe a string tracker on it but dont know

Let me know what you guys think. Thanks

I like the look but I'd put on a flour green or orange nock so I could see the arrow's flight. JMHO

Now you've given me an idea for my turkey arras.

I like the plain old arrow with a bright feather and nock. The old kiss principle. I like your arras!! Where I do most of my shooting, I'd never find it, but I still like it. Hats off to a man of class.

I like it.  Stealthy.  At the most I might play with putting a fur tracer thingy on it to see if it helps visually track flight.  Heck, if you shoot and miss in my woods the arrow is most likely gone anyway.  Besides, your gonna hit the turkey anyway right.

I Like yellow fletching and nocks for turkey. You should not use red, blue or black and white. Thoose are turkey colors and could be a situation where a gun hunter could take you for a turkey. It happens every year.

I really like the looks of it... and a luminock would probably really help keeping track of the arrow in the air and following a turkey visually once hit.  BUT, if you use a luminock you will not be able to enter a trophy Gobbler in P&Y!  (HA HA HA)

It looks to be a killer for sure. I'm going to hunt with a string tracker this year. I've been practicing with one and see no noticable difference in my flight characteristics as long as the shot is 12 yards or less.

I like both the string tracker and the lumenock idea. I do like to see my hit but those birds also pick up bright colors real easy, the lighted nock would be ideal to see the hit, yet the arrow would still be stealthy. Shawn
