Our Sport Shop is having their first Traditional DART league. Any comments on these points? Would like to shoot my woodies if possible.
Thanks-Mike

I think 3rivers sells some adapters for wood arrows so you can use screw in points.

I shoot cedars with the adapters all of the time. Not an issue at all.I find that if I sand the inside of the adapters before gluing with Goattuff they stay on for good. They come in stainless and aluminum.

The last batch of adapters that I bought didn't fit well on my tapers. Thats why I'm considering the glue on Dart points.

Owlbait,
The new adapters from 3R fit much better than the older ones. You might give them a try.

I've used the PDP glue on dart points several years ago.  Problem was they didn't register all of the time.  We had to take some of the adhesive reflective material in .25x.25 squares and stick it to the back of the points to get them to register. dino
