Gunney

Hey All,

Just took a job in the Fort Worth Area and should be heading that way in the middle of March. We sure are looking forward to it. I will be living in Keller and working in Roanoke.

I know a few guys to hunt with around there, but was wondering if anyone did any regular 3D shooting or Field Archery around there.

TXRED

Hey Gunney,Welcome to Texas!Check out Denton County Archers.com for shoots pretty close to The Kellar/Roanoke area.

Gunny,

Welcome to TEXAS!!  I belong to a club not to far from where you are going to be living.  Texas State Longbow Assoc. is a trad only club that has a nice range down on the river just west of Ft. Worth off of 30.  It will be 15 minutes from your house.  We host the Texas State Longbow championships on Memorial Day weekend.

Looking forward to seeing you in person . . Again.

Thanks Guys, I can't wait. Mike, this could be dangerous, I will be living 45 minutes from your shop.

My wife is just shaking her head:-)

Illinois is going to miss you, Gunney.  Wishing you all the best!

Thanks Rick,

So nice to hear from you. Is that Groves Flame Hunter still alive somewhere?

Fletcher

Yes it is, Gunney.  It shoots great and the kids always like it.
