Whew- Has it been a year already?  My brown Shrew Chameleon arrived today.  The short of it is....They are worth the wait!!!!!!

I don't want too sound dramatic here, but I cannot believe how quick this bow points, how smooth it draws, and how quiet that little guitar string is.  I like 66" longbows and figured I'd have to give up a little for the shorter bow.  Not so.  Everything good you hear about these bows is true! I may never buy a bow over 60" again!  Unbelievable!!

Here's a few pics of it-

Not the best pics but the kids drained my good camera.

The bow is 58", 62# at 28.  The Brown Chameleon blends in perfect with the woods (even the snow!) and looks great on the bow too.

Something about this bow just begs to hunt.  I gotta feeling this little stick is gonna be a killer!

Well... We'll see about that.  After all, that ol' Ramhunter was with me for this-

and this is the first day with the Shrew.  From what I've seen so far though, it's gonna be a great year!  That little bow is impressive.

All I can say is, if you're a guy like me, who thought them little bows had nothing really to offer, you're missing out.  I'm 'bout ready to order another.  Spring Green maybe....for turkey, or bear, or boar, or.....    :archer:

Shrew Day Two-

Looks like that Ramhunter will be getting dusty!!!

Had a bit of time before I had to get to work.  Shot the Shrew indoors at a friends shop. The thing shot a 650gr arrow FLAT out to 25 yds. It's something to see that arrow smoke outta that little bow like that.  I should have bought one of these years ago.

Wish I had more time to play.  Work, blah, always getting in the way.  I should have been born independently wealthy!!

What was the delivery time frame for your Shrew? Always wanted one! You're making it hard not to put one on order!!!

Thanks,
Joe
