This ones been done for a while now but I'm pretty lazy about posting any of my work these days. I made her for my father as a Christmas prestent, and I will get a picture up of him drawing the bow as soon as I can. Made from the sister split of another bow I posted on here, 'October', and is also completely free of knots. Backed with western diamondback skins, yew and horn tip overlays, and a tortoise shell strike plate. 59" ntn and pulls 54# at 27" and like its sister, held on to a good amount of its reflex. The last picture is of the two bows side by side showing off their matching wiggles and knot free limbs.

Beautiful bows!!  Your father's a lucky guy.  I really like the snakiness of the limbs while still maintaining the width taper.  Classy looking and just plain awesome!  Thanks for posting this!  Matt

Beautiful bow.  Did you recurve the tip at all, or is that all done with the overlay?  Looks very nice strung, unstrung, too, of course.

Thanks guy...yer makin' me feel all good about myself...heh

Orion: It's a combination of both. I recurved the a bit with dry heat and took it a little bit further with the tip overlays.

Very nice, your father must be a lucky guy, but I'm sure you are lucky too.
