I prefer hunting with wood bows, but where I live, extreme humidity, consistent hard rain, hot conditions (often all at once     :bigsmyl:         :bigsmyl:   ) the grip wrap is natural Jute.

It's being poring for weeks here, this bow migth see some action soon     :bigsmyl:

I like it! Sounds like the perfect solution to your weather!

Purty! One of these days going to have to have a Hill bow. They are just classic and beautiful. 75# might be a bit much for me, however. Actually, a lot much. I like the natural camo and handle wrap. Looks home made, simple and very functional, which it is, surely. What arrow did you match to the bow, out of curiosity.

"HOWZIT BRA" Lucky live HI. Love the bow and dig the hemp wraps. I lived there for six years on Kauai, love those pigs and goats.

That looks like the perfect bow to drive a heavy arrow through a pig, by a wallow   :bigsmyl:  Good luck with a good lookin' bow.

Thanks guys, I like the look of this bow, ....very retro    :bigsmyl:      :bigsmyl:

Hey Kawika, DLNR doesn't mention that you can't hunt Peacocks like it does with wallabys or ferral cattle,
so I guess we can since it's an introduced species, however they have being making a fool out of me, hard to kill by spot and stalk for sure.

Bruce, I'm shooting 2117 legacys whit 400some gr up front for a total weight of about 840gr

being trying to buy some hickory shafts, but Allegheny mountain is not answering the phone.

Super looking Hill, I especially like the grip.

It's always them unforseen problems that make you have to shoot glass bows sometimes. Manny's problem in the rain and humidity, mine is I can't build or shoot the dang things. But I can deal with the Hill bow, looks good Manny. How does the jute grip hold up?

Great looking bow! Thanks for sharing!  ;)

lolwut, I think he is referring to a bow with fiberglass laminations, instead of an all wood bow.
