I have a steve catts quiver and it is a perfect piece of leather. But the arrows still made a lot of noise rattling around back there. So Razorbak was kind enough to send me a beaver hide so I could put it on the quiver to silence it down and give it a different look. I went over to 4runr's house to do the job. He has talent and was the one who did most of the work. The hide was perfect for the task and I maybe only used half of it so there is plenty more for 4runr and I to do some more projects with it. I was looking for something that would close up around the hole on the top and still let me slide arrows in and out easily. The fur goes about 3" down the inside, hugs the shafts and really silences them down. Here's some pics of it. Again a big thanks to Razorbak and 4runr because it wouldn't have been possible without them.

Nice stuff, TJ.  That quiver was nice before and much nicer now.  :-)

TJ and Kenny nice work!

Now I'm guessin if the beaver's spirit is in that quiver, TJ will only shoot good with his woodies!

Looks great and I bet it helps with keeping your arrows from clanking around too.
