Rod, could you do a smiley face next week?  :bigsmyl:
Long, long afterward, in an oak I found the arrow, still unbroke;
And the song, from beginning to end, I found again in the heart of a friend.

Well this is certainly good for me....keeping me honest about getting out and shooting - not sure if its helping. I just can't seem to get that one arrow to this listen to my mental coaching!!!!

T.J.

I didn't get much of a chance this week to get out and practice and it shows

Always gotta have the one klunker arrow.  One thing this tourney has shown me is how much more practice I realy need. Seeing all this great shooting gives me something to strive for.  Well, I'm off to Kzoo. Have a great week!

Well dropped a point from last week but I'll still take it.

We must go beyond the textbooks, go out into the untrodden depths of the wilderness & travel & explore & tell the world the glories of our journey

I dropped yet another two points this week.

Look what happened when I moved up five steps. Go figure!

larry

been sick all week, had a hard time staying focused, but I'll take it.

BenBow

At least I'm consistent. Found out something that surprised me today when I checked the draw weight of my home made longbow. I guessed 48 to 50# @ 28" and it came in at 60# @ 28 & 58 @ my 27" draw. Now I know why the arrows kept showing weak spine.
But his bow will remain steady, and his hands will be skillful; because of the hands of the Mighty One of Jacob, because of the Shepherd, the Rock of Israel,  (Genesis 49:24 [NETfree])

Seem to be going backwards, Its been cold and I've been real tied up this week. Barely found time to shoot at all, but here it is.

miss by going too fast - you also miss the sense of where

Thanks Nighthawk.
You been busy up there with all the winter weather?
Hope you guys get to shoot and post this week.
Shot my last target today. Looks like 42 is the barrier on paper.
The 47 seems to have been a fluke.

Missed last week because of computer problems.  This week's target.
