It actually snowed in Mississippi this morning.    I shoot with a tab and my fingers bout froze. What's the best way to keep my hands warm.

Its not about the weapon used, its about the adventure involved.

If you do not want to wear gloves try a hand muff, or put some hand warmers in your jacket pocket.

Problem Child,
I hunt white-tail deer here in central Iowa where it can be quite cold throughout the season (October 1 through January 10).  I have a pair of leather gloves that I hunt in.  I generally shoot with fingers and I have found the leather gloves are a good substitute.  My hands alternate time in my muffler or inside my bibs.
Because you hunt with a tab, I might recomend you get a pair of fingerless gloves with the mitten cover.  These can be had almost anywhere, they will keep your hands quite warm, especially your bow hand, and the cover can be removed with your mouth before drawing.
Best of luck.  Brett

Pockets. I stick my hands in my pockets and it seems to help.

Gloves, chemical hand warmers, pockets.  I don't wear gloves till it gets atleast to 0 or windchills that dip there (for that matter I don't wear a coat till then either:).  Hands are fine if your not makin' snowballs. Alot of guys use jersey glove in the winter and some cut the fingers off for shooting tabs or glove.  Was out bunny huntin'/stumpin' this morning and it was 10.  Love huntin' in the cold.  dino

put an arrow holder on your bow and keep your bow on a hanger.

Thanks guys. I guess that I should have explained a little further. I do wear a thin fleece glove with the fingers cut out but the glove got wet and cold. Also,I use a Catquiver with the hipbelt and It's kinda hard to get your hands into your pockets.I'll try the handmuff thing but hmmmm I might cut it in half. Thanks
