You guys are the greatest!   Yesterday I posted a notice on the Bows For Sale, saying that I needed to move waayyy down in weight due to having had my recurrent, now almost constant, shoulder pain diagnosed as arthritis.  I asked if anyone had a really light bow they could part with so I could keep shooting.  By the end of the day, i was offered five bows and had another six responses from folks trying to helpfully suggest brands for me to try because they had light weights from them that they liked.

I ended up with a very lightweight Hill... will probably pull 32-34# for me at my draw, and am also getting to try a similarly light Pronghorn 3 piece.   This Gang'er just offered to send it to me to try!   I've never had a 3 piece so it will be interesting and most likely I will get it, too.

As I said, you guys are great.  I'll be back out at the 3D's this spring and summer, shooting what the fishermen call "ultralight".

Now, if anybody has some spare knees, I could use those, too.  :^)

Yes, lots of good, generous people around here who are excellent at offering their goods and advice.  :scared:

Amen to that!  Everybody has been very helpful.  Yet another reason I am switching over to traditional this year.  I can't wait to actually meet some of you "trad guys".

I'm glad it worked out for you Dick, I would hate to see you stray from shooting Hill's.

I left My old knees with the Dr. a year ago Dec. but they weren't any good. Glad somebody fixed Your bow problem though. Good luck with Your knees, replacing mine changed everything. bretto
